What Happens If I Am Not Home When My Parcel Is Delivered? If a delivery is made when you are not home, the parcel is taken to your local post office to await collection. You are usually left a note from the delivery driver to advise which local post office it was taken to but if you are unsure you can track your parcel by logging in. (The Australia Post will send you a note if the parcel is unclaimed and if it remains unclaimed for 3 consecutive weeks they send it back to us. If this happens we will not be able to refund the postage on your order. You may specify for the post man to leave the parcel somewhere for you, please note that if you request us to do this and the parcel goes missing after the post office advises they have delivered it, we do not take responsibility for the lost parcel.

As delivery is provided by a third party for your convenience, we cannot accept responsibility for a lost parcel however we really want you to have a great party so please contact us if your parcel is lost and we may find a way to resolve your situation at little or no cost to you.
